OMA seeks to achieve its core aim of promoting networking between Oxbridge Muslims through social activities and events.
OMA Reunion Dinner 2007
Our second major reunion dinner was held on 27 October 2007
and was attended by over 250 OMA members and their spouses.
We were fortunate to be joined on the night by two inspiring guest
speakers:
The main focus of the evening, however, was for
members to enjoy the company of long-standing friends and have the chance to
make new ones, over a delicious three course dinner.
OMA Garden Party 2006
Last year's OMA summer event was a garden party
held at St. Hilda's College, Oxford on Sunday 18 June.
Attended by over 150 alumni and students, the event was a relaxed and enjoyable
afternoon with plenty of reunions between old friends.
OMA Summer Event 2005
Our first summer event was held in the
conservatory of the Bombay Brasserie restaurant in
Kensington, London, on Saturday 13 August.
Hosted in the Brasserie’s beautiful conservatory,
the event proved to be a very enjoyable and thought-provoking afternoon. We were
delighted to be joined by four special guests:

All four speakers offered a unique and insightful perspective to these topical
issues and their contributions were appreciated and sparked an interesting
discussion with the audience.

OMA guests also enjoyed a delicious buffet lunch while catching up with old friends and meeting new ones.

OMA Inaugural Dinner (2005)
Our first event, the OMA Inaugural Dinner was held on Saturday
5 March 2005. Attended by various distinguished guest speakers and over 250
Oxbridge students, alumni and their guests, this prestigious
event was (and still remains) the largest ever gathering of Oxbridge Muslims in
history.
Here are just a few of
the comments received about the Inaugural Dinner received from those who
attended:
